Kent gave a detailed initial estimate and updated as the project progressed as I changed some of the finishes. The final cost was within $100 of what I expected. Andre and Nick did much of the carpentry. They arrived when they said they would be here and were very professional and nice and cleaned up as they went along (even during demo). They were open to my input and questions and didn’t make me feel like I was interfering. Kent responded promptly to emails and phone calls and kept me updated on status every step of the way. The subs that Quality Cut uses are also just as experienced and professional. Overall every single person’s attention to detail was exceptional. I am picky but they are pickier.
